Pregnancy After Loss

Pregnancy After Loss (PAL) meetings are for those who are pregnant or planning another pregnancy and have previously experienced a newborn or pregnancy loss. It is an intensely emotional time and parents can find it difficult to navigate the conflicting emotions they experience along the way. These meetings help parents feel connected to their baby, the child or children they have lost, and to a unique community of expectant parents.
